Social welfare activities FY 2026

🎉 ASBF "Dastar Khawan" Program 🎉

Under this generous initiative, the program ensures that fasting individuals are provided with nutritious, high-quality meals to break their fasts during the holy month of Ramadan. In addition to serving local community members, special arrangements are made to deliver parcels to traveling fasting individuals, ensuring that they do not miss out on this spiritual obligation. The ASBF Memorial Welfare Society's dedicated work in this regard teaches us an important lesson: the need to be mindful of the needs of those around us and to offer help wherever possible.

In line with its commitment to serving the community, the ASBF Widow Ration Program is a key part of the society's outreach efforts. This initiative is personally overseen by the CEO of ASBF, Haji Fiaz Hussain Thaheem, and represents a significant aspect of the society’s mission. Every month, hundreds of widowed women from various villages receive not only ration bags filled with essential food items but also monthly stipends to support their livelihood. This initiative helps ensure that these women, who are often among the most vulnerable in society, are not left to struggle alone. We pray to Allah Almighty to accept the efforts of Haji Fayaz Hussain Theem and grant him rewards for his continued dedication to helping the less fortunate.

Furthermore, the ASBF has been organizing a Dastarkhwan (community meal service) for the past two years, which takes place twice a week at the Old Bus Stand in Tibba Sultanpur. This initiative has been instrumental in bringing people together to share meals and support one another, reinforcing the value of community and selflessness. Additionally, every Friday evening, after the Maghrib prayer, a special gathering for “Salawat” (blessings upon Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him) is held at ASBF Complex Mumtazabad. This gathering provides an opportunity for people to come together, offer prayers, and reflect on the importance of peace and blessings in their lives. May Allah continue to bless these noble efforts and grant success in all their endeavors.

Sharing Blessings, Serving Humanity

The ASBF Memorial Welfare Society proudly continues its Qurbani Program 2026, a humanitarian initiative dedicated to ensuring that the blessings of Eid-ul-Adha reach deserving families, widows, orphans, laborers, travelers, and underprivileged community members.

Through this noble effort, sacrificial animals are carefully selected, sacrificed according to Islamic principles, and the meat is hygienically processed, packed, and distributed among needy families across various villages and surrounding areas. The program aims to ensure that no deserving household is deprived of the joy and blessings of Eid-ul-Adha.

The success of the Qurbani Program is made possible through the dedication of ASBF volunteers, who work tirelessly to manage every stage of the process—from animal care and sacrifice to meat preparation, packaging, and distribution. Their commitment reflects the true spirit of sacrifice, compassion, and community service taught by Islam.

Under the leadership and personal supervision of Haji Fiaz Hussain Thaheem, CEO of ASBF Memorial Welfare Society, special attention is given to widows, elderly individuals, daily wage earners, and vulnerable families who often struggle to afford meat during Eid. By extending support to these households, ASBF helps bring happiness, dignity, and relief to hundreds of families.

The Qurbani Program is part of ASBF’s broader mission of social welfare, which includes the Widow Ration Program, Ramadan Food Support, and the Community Dastarkhwan Service. Together, these initiatives demonstrate ASBF’s unwavering commitment to serving humanity and uplifting those in need.

The ASBF Annual Dinner 2026 was successfully organized in a warm and prestigious atmosphere, bringing together respected members, community leaders, supporters, and distinguished guests to celebrate another year of service, progress, and collective achievement.

The event served as a reflection of ASBF’s unwavering commitment to promoting positive social values, youth development, education, sports, and community welfare. It provided an opportunity to recognize the contributions of individuals who have played an important role in advancing the organization's mission and strengthening the spirit of unity within the community.

The evening was graced by the presence of Chairman ASBF, Haji Fiaz Hussain Thaheem, who warmly welcomed the guests and expressed his gratitude for their continued trust, support, and dedication. During his address, he highlighted ASBF’s ongoing efforts to empower youth through constructive activities, educational initiatives, welfare programs, and sporting events that encourage discipline, confidence, leadership, and social responsibility.

The Annual Dinner also served as a platform for networking, appreciation, and strengthening relationships among members of the ASBF family. Guests shared valuable insights, exchanged ideas, and reaffirmed their commitment to working together for the betterment of society.

By the grace of Allah, ASBF continues its successful mission of promoting healthy and positive activities. As part of this ongoing effort, a magnificent Athletics Tournament was organized at the ASBF Complex, Mumtazabad, where young participants from across the district took part with great enthusiasm and excitement.

The tournament featured a variety of thrilling athletic events, including the 100-meter, 400-meter, 800-meter, and 1500-meter races, relay running, and long jump competitions. The young athletes showcased their talent, hard work, and sportsmanship, earning widespread appreciation from the audience. The determination, passion, and spirit of success were clearly visible on the faces of every participant, proving that our youth possess immense potential and simply need positive opportunities and proper guidance to excel.

At the conclusion of the tournament, shields and cash prizes were awarded to the top-performing participants to encourage them and inspire them to work even harder in the future.

The Chief Guest of this prestigious event was the Chairman of ASBF, Mr. Haji Fiaz Hussain Thaheem. Addressing the participants and youth, he stated that ASBF has always been committed to encouraging the younger generation toward constructive and positive activities. He emphasized that sports and healthy recreational activities not only strengthen individuals physically but also help develop discipline, patience, unity, and self-confidence among young people.

He further remarked that, in today’s era, it is essential to steer youth away from negative influences and engage them in sports, education, and welfare activities. ASBF is actively working toward this mission with full dedication. God willing, more such programs, sports events, and positive initiatives will continue to be organized in the future to help build a healthy, talented, and strong society.

📖 ASBF – QURAN BOX PROJECT 📖

“A Simple Box, A Lifelong Reward”

Alhamdulillah,

With the aim of ensuring the protection and respect of sacred religious pages, the collection boxes installed for this purpose have been completely repaired, cleaned, and repainted by the ASBF Team and have now been reinstalled at their designated locations. These efforts have been made to ensure the proper preservation of sacred pages to the greatest extent possible. In addition, members of the public suggested installing Quran collection boxes at more locations. Acting upon these valuable recommendations, additional boxes have also been installed at various places.

Respecting and safeguarding sacred religious pages is both our religious and moral responsibility, and this principle forms the foundation of every welfare initiative undertaken by ASBF. Over time, due to public use, some of these boxes had become damaged. The ASBF Team promptly addressed the issue by not only repairing them but also restoring them in a stronger, cleaner, and more presentable condition for the convenience of the community.

It has always been ASBF’s tradition that our mission is not limited to launching welfare projects; we are equally committed to their continuous maintenance, repair, and improvement so that the public can benefit from them for years to come. Whether it is water filtration plants, public benches, hand-pump projects, or other welfare initiatives, ASBF considers the protection, maintenance, and restoration of every project to be its responsibility.

We firmly believe that any work carried out with the sincere intention of serving humanity and fulfilling our religious obligations must also be preserved and sustained.
